Nicholas was born in NYC, has lived and traveled extensively internationally. Most recently based in Seattle, Washington and Lisbon, Portugal.

There is much that goes into the creation of a strong image. Beyond the convergence of time and place, composition is at the heart of the photographer’s creative choice.

Compelling images transmit ideas or feelings that are greater than the sum of their parts. Therein lies the challenge, the wonder and the sense of discovery.
